The estimated total value is EUR 186 860 (excluding VAT) for the entire duration of the resulting contracts.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is 19 November 2026, at 14:00 Riga time.

This call for tenders is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1 – Satellite communication devices and associated services (maximum estimated value – EUR 159 160)
- Lot 2 – Portable power supply and energy storage devices (maximum estimated value – EUR 27 700)
