The round was led by Atreides Management, with participation from new investors, including Baron Capital, Capital Research, Fidelity Management & Research Company, and Glade Brook Capital Partners.
Every major existing investor, including Accel, Benchmark, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, ICONIQ, Insight Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Sands Capital, is also participating.

The new financing comes alongside other European legal AI investments this year, including €60.2 million for Edinburgh-based Wordsmith , €50 million each for London’s Orbital and Lawhive , €42.9 million for Milan-based Lexroom , and €13.5 million for Copenhagen-based Pandektes .
In Sweden, Malmö-based Lightbringer secured €8.6 million for its AI-powered patent platform, while Stockholm’s Hybridity raised €2 million for regulatory compliance automation.

These and other 2026 rounds represent approximately €237.7 million in funding, rising to €726.7 million when Legora’s new Series E is included, illustrating the relative scale of its latest investment within this group of European legal and adjacent AI companies.
